Be weary of this individual “F” because he is not mentally stable and makes it a point to purposely vandalize the property out of pettiness and spite. This type of person should not be working with students. He also actively harasses me every week and threatened my little sister all while in work uniform. DO NOT roommate with this man. He is from Fresno & a recent transfer student. The management office is currently getting a legal team against him for refusing to sign paperwork and vandalism.

Since the management office is already putting a legal case together just keep documenting everything and ask if they would like any of it to strengthen their case. I’d also remove anything from your dorm you don’t want ruined and store it somewhere else until he is removed and his keys confiscated.

The lease ends at the end of the month so he is doing everything he can before he legally needs to move out. He is still an undergrad at Berkeley and has only been here for one semester. Sociology major.
