oh! so actually while you’re not to blame, nobody should let an animal starve. and you should have reported it and got the animal taken from there

Oh it died shortly after and I was never there because unlike my roommate I knew I didn’t have the time to care for a pet so I didn’t get one for that reason and I told him since the beginning that I wouldn’t be responsible for it in any way and we both agreed to it. Also I reported him now and when they asked for the cats medical papers and records he had none of the stuff so they found out that not only was he keeping it without proper paperwork but that it also had health compilations
