Have you tried asking it to find your syntax error in a sql query that would otherwise take you 20 minutes to track down all because you put a comma in the wrong place? Because yeah, there are certainly good questions to ask ChatGPT. It’s not just black and white.

my roommate talks to chatgpt about her problems like a therapist. it’s exhausting cuz it convinces her she’s right in every situation cuz she’s one of those ppl who twists stories where she’s the victim

Maybe use actual coding sites to find that! I’ve done coding before. ChatGPT is incredibly wrong a lot of the time, so the fact that you go to that site rather than Claude or Cursor is alarming. Also, my roommate’s question had nothing to do with academics at all, it was about designing a poster and I’m an ART major. It’s not black and white when there’s better options!
