Get the RA involved if available, file a noise complaint, press harassment charges; you have so many options to get her in trouble for doing for doing the dumbest form of bullying at her grown age. Seriously there’s no way the whole hall isn’t done with her antics and just waiting for someone to do something about it.
That’s not careful you’re right lol but I don’t have recording of either times because I was so caught off guard (I will next time though). And then the other shit like destroying my art - only done when I’m not home and to the art in the common living room spaces so technically “could be anyone”. My dry food for my cat was stored in an hallway closet but mysteriously went missing (it was a 13lb bag). Once again, could technically be anyone and no proof!
And then a lot of the other shit is psychological. She hooked up with someone I had a brief crush on a while ago and yelled outside my door that she wanted me to know that it happened and it was so good. One of her hometown friends that I had become mutual friends with through her randomly, slid up on one of my Instagram stories and sent me a vile paragraph laden with insults - I hadn’t talked to them in nine months.
and then when I replied to that person informing them that I was blocking them and not to reach out to me like that again, the roommate proceeded to the person from Sacramento to stay here for the weekend. Which once again, had never been done before. But is technically allowed and nothing is technically wrong with it. so yeah :/
Or another example is my cat got sick last week from changing her dry food and she would make comments in the roommate groupchat about my ability to take care of my animals (even though i spent $500 at the emergency vet at five am bc i was freaking out). or putting dishes in a trash bag and then putting them on the front porch with my name written on a piece of cardboard and stuck to it. even though not all of them were mine by a LONG shot. Throwing my packages around outside. etc etc
