I fear I may have been one of these roommates but also not at the same time. I had my own trashcan in my room that I would take out as needed and my roommates got mad at me because I didn’t take out the communal one on rotation like they did even tho I never used it

Idk if this’ll help, I hope it does, but my RA gave us like this magnet thing to put on the fridge to keep track of who took out the trash last, that way we always know who’s up next. There’s 4 of us and what we do is well put the date and then our name using a whiteboard marker, but if you guys don’t have that just use a piece of paper and get a magnet to put it on the fridge

my roommate and I have our own trash bins, so thank goodness for that, but she doesn’t sweep her gross ass hair and dust off the floor, so I am the only one who sweeps and mops, and she is always leaving crumbs in the room and somehow kicks it to my side every time. one time she left a pile of chips on the floor
