In my experience it’s hard especially if you live somewhere rent is expensive. I had a one bed I needed to get out of. Neighbors were horrible, pests were constant, didn’t realize there was a local bear 🥲 had to really sell that place to people that toured. Finally was able to terminate my lease and found someone to re-lease it to but it took a couple months

it was difficult because my apartment was students only, but if it wasn't then it would've been really easy to find someone within my age range to take it over I just used the facebook groups about housing in my local area to find someone
