If you haven’t done so already, log out of ALL sessions in your account settings. I doubt the person who hacked you did it again, would be pretty fucking stupid. Much less made refund requests that’d give you money back. I have absolutely no idea wtf happened but try to make an appeal. Roblox’s moderation system is absolutely awful.

I did make an appeal and they opened back up my account but gave me a warning and said if it happens again my account will get banned longer or my account will get permanently removed so now I’m just scared bc I’ve had this account for over 7 years and don’t want to lose it🥲 thank u for the reply it means a lot to me I was so incredibly frustrated bc I had no control of anything that was happening

Yeaaa Roblox is incredibly shitty when it comes to ‘their’ money. I’ve heard of hundreds of times where people would cancel their card payment(typically parents with children) and Roblox terminates the child’s account.
