We have a girl on my staff who shows up late or skips wo telling everyone. We have to wait 20 minutes to see if she will show up and when we have to have a few ra volunteer for something bc she is never there so never has to. It’s frustrating for the rest of us having staff members not pulling there weight. The job is already hard enough for limited pay but lazy coworkers make it sm worse

I understand that, but like you can always report the behavior to your supervisor and if they don’t listen go above their head.

I am saying for your situation where you know the context of what’s going on do what you need to do. You literally told a complete stranger that you hope they get fired, you don’t even know if they were joking or not. It honestly sounds like pure projection. Holy moly.
