No financial incentive, 1 person per building, and it counts just as much as any other day 💔

$25 a day , five people on campus, 3 on call at a time

$75 a day, carry the duty phone for about 3 buildings. You have to do rounds of them 3x a day. I mostly do it for the extra money, I’m staying on campus anyways.

What is break on call? My university doesn’t do it and I haven’t heard of it

My school has the professional staff members on call during break not RAs. I’m an RD and even we aren’t a part of the break rotation bc we’re students

We only get one RA per side of campus, so two total, but we get a base pay of $40

“Break” as in fall or winter breaks and “on call” like how they manage RAs
