Yes and the RAs advocated for ourselves saying it felt weird and like we were doing a psychology experiment on our residents and now we don’t have to do it anymore

Yeah we have to have one every two weeks but we don’t do any events so it’s hard

We have “intentional conversations” and a form online where we write who was there and what we talked about. A lot of the RAs make a huge deal about it being weird or creepy but it takes like 5 seconds and you just ask how classes are going
