Yeah I do. I try to base it off of things I know a little bit about like what I’ve observed without convo or what other residents have told me: “X is enjoying her sorority and truly feels she belongs amongst her sisters”

It’s a requirement to have one on ones and report it so that they can make sure residents aren’t about to crash out

yeah no i get that just the thought of writing their personal lives down for other people to see is fucking weird, i interact and know 95% of my residents, it shouldn’t be a requirement to have one on ones with them if they don’t wanna interact they don’t have to interact at my school it’s not a requirement.
