Yeah it happens all the time. My school discouraged us from dating residents on our specific halls or buildings as they should but they know we’re all students

For mine we can’t date any residents that live in our building. Same applies to dating other RAs, and if two RAs are dating and live in the same building, they have to let pro staff know so that they can be relocated to different buildings
