My university literally never fires RAs even when they’re objectively failing to complete most of their job assignments. It’s ridiculous. We can have a flow chart for what the consequences of failing to meet certain expectations is and it’s a joke 😭

My university doesn’t fire. This year especially because of the high number of new RAs on staff. There haven’t been any consequences for anything in regards to lacking in the job
