yes, it does. it harms your case. the officer did *not* jump in front of the vehicle — she angled her vehicle towards him and accelerated. his first shot is legally justifiable, his second and third shot are arguably not morally justifiable. the officer should've been put on leave/desk duty after being dragged 30 ft the year prior during another op. however, this was all avoidable had good not been lied to and told what she was doing was legal, and what ICE was doing was illegal.

Justifying her killing is crazy one if you watch the whole video, you can see the officer jump, jumped in front of her vehicle. Anybody who’s in the right mind would not jump in front of a fucking vehicle… secondly, after the fact, he killed her, he showed no care to provide aid watch her driving to another car, dead and fled the scene
