Sorry let me go back to what we all were taught in elementary school, Man or Male = XY chromosome and women or girl = XX or if you need dumbed down, if you have a dick you a man if you got a cooch then you a woman, unless you are one of those rare few who are born with an anomaly

So no they can’t be, scientifically they fall Under intersex. The point I was making is that it is scientific and factual, not opinionated and decided by themself.

but your “facts” are just refusing to learn about gender. that gender differs from biological sex in the way of perception by others. and trans people want to change their gender (not chromosomes) to feel more like themselves. and it’s always ignorance that causes transphobia
