i know it’s hard for you guys to understand. the republican party is built on racism. by calling yourself a conservative you are (ignorantly) supporting the white supremacist ideals held up for centuries. the only reason the right has a side is they make their arguments extraordinarily easy to understand. it takes nuance to be a leftists that most conservatives lack

1. The Republican Party was founded on anti-slavery ideals. Go read a history book before trying to lecture people about how the Republican Party was built. 2. The morals and ideals of both parties have massively shifted over the past 150 years, so the original founding ideals of both parties are much different from modern ideals. Honestly, the fact that you don’t understand this is indicative of Democrats as a whole.
