It’s pretty simple. Trump and his idiots stopped government program to track diseases and parasites and stop them before they become widespread. then, the parasite is free to run wild because nobody is tracking or attempting to stop it.

They started tracking it in 1995. Immediately after they stopped, we have the worst recorded year in US history for the parasite. Exactly 3 decades we were kept safe, until Trump undid it to harm everyone as he always does
