I disagree. I don’t think the left does. They look at titles of news articles and assume they’re true. Not all obviously, but a lot of the things I’ve seen leftists believe are just straight lies.

Anecdotal evidence means nothing to a stranger on the internet. Let’s take the third term for example. A study done by Scoop showed that out of a select number of republican voters, 53% supported a third term. Same with taking greenland, among his base once he said it, over 40 million advocated for the same thing.

I have anecdotal proof (screenshots) of actual trump supporters defending cutting cancer research funding, the Epstein files, etc etc. You can’t pretend that taking Greenland benefits the US in any substantial way enough for millions of people to view it as a good idea.

to add my 2 cents, Marjorie Taylor Green had the left DESPISE her for many many years but never felt truly unsafe. trump turned on her and within 3 days she had to hire security to keep people from harming her. then she quit congress entirely because trumps entire tactic of bullying people to follow him didn’t work. so you can believe whatever nonsense fox news feeds you, or we can look at what’s really happening in the world
