It just undermines world collaboration. I’m all for Venezuela’s freedom from tyrant but the thought that one man has as much power as Trump is kinda awful. It would be like if all businesses in America were led by one person and so prices didn’t rely on supply or demand but rather the illusion of choice.

the second half of your comment — that's called a monopoly and it technically is illegal in the USA. i also don't think trump necessarily "has all this power" on his own — that comes with being the president of the most powerful country in the world. i think people are missing that maduro has interfered with the elections to be granted his "presidency". if trump were to run and be elected a third time, that's when citizens should actually be concerned, as that violates our constitution.
