how do you get better at comforting your partner when they’re going through a hard time? i just feel like it’s the same things over again and i don’t want to disregard her feelings but i also don’t want to keep repeating what i say. am i making any sense

Just let her rant and say the same things. Showing up is what’s important. Ask if there’s anything you else you can do after she settles a bit- just being there is what helps :)
