my patience is paper thin at this point. i know if i go to the police he’s going to get in trouble with army rotc, but at this point i’m starting to wonder why i give a fuck if he gets kicked out (i’ve been to nice and lenient with him)

you could try telling him that any further contact would result in you pressing charges, and hope it doesn't happen again

i thought about it, but i feel if i even say that it lets him know if he pushes hard and often enough he can get a response out of me

You’ve just got to do it. His behavior is unacceptable, and if he gets in trouble, well, there should be consequences for his actions

Agreed! I know of someone where their ex had messaged her and her FAMILY everywhere. text, fb, ig, snap, everywhere…they broke up 2015? Still to this day it’s not if but when the next message comes in.
