How do people stay single? Over my been single for a month and everything is making me want a relationship but everyone’s telling me to stay single and focus on me, but like I am not used to being alone so much, ☠️☠️

That’s why I’m trying to turn down peoples advances, but every time i get home and sit by myself too long I just regret it and wish someone was here. I grew up in a big family and live alone and I’ve never lived alone alone till the relationship ended

You have to go out and explore your hobbies. You need to find meaning in life without someone being there basically. To learn about yourself

I just hike atp, it helps but I can’t do it all day adhd makes it hard to not hate the silence

Yeah that’s why you find meaningful hobbies and activities to get dopamine in a healthy way
