If it’s the first time you’ve mentioned it, give him a chance. But judging by the fact you are taking about it over text and begging, I have a feeling it isn’t the first time. If he said he’d change and he didn’t, then it probably means he’s just never gonna show you love in a way where you’ll feel loved.
