for me, micro cheat would be something disrespectful or uncomfortable to ur partner that isnt ACTUAL cheating. so for example, liking posts or stories of other girls, entertaining conversation with girls for longer than necessary, not fully shutting someone down when hitting on you/ continuing a friendship with someone who wants you, checking out other girls

but i mean like harmless convo that isnt flirty at all but its like, why are you maintaining convo, asking questions, getting to know her. i consider that microcheating even if his intentions are good bc its like why? theres no need

Maintaining a convo and talking to woman like a normal casual convo shouldn’t be taken as a threat. It sounds like more of a trauma response or insecurity but if its a normal conversation followed up by questions about set topic then its not really that big of a deal. If the question is leaning more towards “are you single?” While they were talking about cars or sports or smth then yeah thats single and a red flag

i guess its more that not knowing yk? like yea if its as you say i would be 100% okay with that. but when he has texts or dms w other girls, im not one to check his phone so i just dont know what the convo is abt and i guess thats a me problem. same thing w in person convos when im not there. but again, not his responsibility. its just trust issues and insecurity ig
