
For me it was honestly the realization that I wasn’t bothered by them anymore like….the thought of them coming back…disgusted me…. And then the realization that I don’t think about them and I don’t hate them anymore but that they simply just are people I once knew….its this odd reality that whispers that you finally moved on from whatever they did
I agree with this. Isn’t it crazy that doing the things ppl say will make u feel better actually makes u feel better?! get healthier and you will feel better. That includes gym, diet, water, sleep. You might miss them (don’t have regrets over/try to delete those memories, they make life beautiful and r lessons even if they end), but the growth ull get out of having discipline/feeling proud of urself will overrule it :)
