100% serious as someone who used to hate working out, every time you think of them go for a run or some form of exercise. lost 20lbs after the breakup, felt SO much healthier mentally and physically and fell in love with myself in the process

For me it was honestly the realization that I wasn’t bothered by them anymore like….the thought of them coming back…disgusted me…. And then the realization that I don’t think about them and I don’t hate them anymore but that they simply just are people I once knew….its this odd reality that whispers that you finally moved on from whatever they did

I agree with this. Isn’t it crazy that doing the things ppl say will make u feel better actually makes u feel better?! get healthier and you will feel better. That includes gym, diet, water, sleep. You might miss them (don’t have regrets over/try to delete those memories, they make life beautiful and r lessons even if they end), but the growth ull get out of having discipline/feeling proud of urself will overrule it :)
