I would make it clear if he can’t commit he’s not the one for you

Right, so he’s only been wanting to be together since you showed him you weren’t going to stay without commitment. Therefore I wouldn’t trust him to actually be able to give commitment if he’s just half ass promising you bc he doesn’t want to lose you.
