Frustrated, my gf of ~2 yrs broke up with me 3 weeks ago (over text!) and blamed her bad behavior on being stressed, just skirted any accountability & self reflection. I handled it maturely but now I’m just upset and have nowhere to put these emotions 🫩

Into your future mate. Use that energy to grow, because if you don’t it’ll tear you apart. It’s okay to feel things, definitely do that. Build something: your body, art, a book, a business, idk, channel that to something that will serve YOU

Real, today was Day 1 of getting back in the gym for me, I’m fairly in shape but I’ve been slacking lately. Just gotta use this all as motivation and I’ll be shredded by summer.
