(2) i don’t want to cross a boundary or come off as annoying though. we met a week or two ago but we just started talking a bit more (the conversations are very brief though). any and all advice is appreciated!

Shoot your shot. “I really enjoy talking to you and want to do it more. And really see where this could go” To deal with the anxiety, knowing is better than guessing, remind yourself of that.
