How sex is trivial to him, being with you is trivial too because he’s pushing boundaries. Ask him why such topics are trivial and if he sees you that way. What if you bring up such things with prior exes or experiences.

Depends on how he sees sex tbh. For me personally it’s just an activity that feels to animal to be all that loving, but if it’s something he holds kinda sacred then I’d start being worried
