Ask him to start taking nitrous oxide pills or beetroot if he hasn’t already. It creates a lot more blood flow and has helped my sex life a lot.

I mean yeah if substances are involved then you’ll have a hard time keeping it up but is that considered normal circumstances? I also feel like once you get going, you shouldn’t really be getting soft mid stroke lol
