One day at a time. Find something everyday that makes you feel better. Eventually it passes and you’ll find someone so much better

Give yourself a week or two to grieve (or however long you need, this is just when it’ll be worst), and then fill your time with other things. Plan hangouts with friends. Visit a museum or bookstore. Pick up a new hobby or return to an old one. It hardcore sucks, but it won’t last forever
