i think you might be overthinking and she might be keeping her distance to "protect herself" you should be as clear as possible with what you're expecting and take her work on her answer, if she wants you she'll quit the bullshit

I mean is just "talking" enough to make someone not your ex? If she's out with other guys and not with you... she's your ex
