Don’t rush into something new right away. Let yourself grieve and grow from the situation. Don’t shove yourself into a hole, go out and be with friends and family and people who make you feel like yourself. Lastly, don’t try to find out what he’s doing or who he might be seeing- that will only make you feel worse. I hope you’re doing alright. Hang in there❤️

It’ll take a while to fully be over them, but taking time to do things you enjoy is super important. I started rock climbing again after a bad breakup and that was super helpful because it helped me stay active and helped me make friends who enjoy what I like. Rock climbing was just what I did, but I’d recommend trying hm to find things / hobbies you enjoy but maybe didn’t have time for. Going out with friends is also super helpful, but I found after my breakup I just needed time by myself

Cut contact completely like delete him off everything, spend time with family and friends, workout, eat healthy, treat yourself to massages/nails/facials, and most important focus on your career/school. I did all these things to get over a 4 year relationship and moved on way faster than I thought

Honestly, the best way to get over an ex is to give yourself time and space. Try not to keep checking his social media or looking for reasons to talk to him. Keep yourself busy, spend time with people who make you happy, and focus more on yourself and your goals. It’s okay to miss him and still choose to move on. Don’t rush into another relationship just to forget him. Eventually, you’ll get to a point where you’re happy again and realize you deserve someone who genuinely values you.
