So I’m not going to say that you should or shouldn’t feel some type of way in this scenario, but I think there’s some important questions that you need answered. 1) are they on social media often? 2) do they normally like people’s stories? 3) has liking your story become an obligation or a chore for them? 4) do they work a job that will typically make more money as a single person (server, adult stuff, etc)
