It sounds like something else is lacking besides weight. Find some activities/things to build you up. If you’ve got nothing it makes it easier to hyper-fixate on your weight!

As long as those calories aren’t saturated fat filled and have some basis of nutrients you’ll be fine

What is your height? 112 of 107 *could* be okay if you are short enough You need to calculate your BMI to see if you are underweight or not. It should be higher than 18.5

As a man, why are you writing this knowing that you are encouraging other women who are reading your comments to hurt themselves? Unless you are one of those weird “pro-ana” people who actually SUPPORTS eating disorders. Please do not make others feel guilt for eating normally. Think about the harm that you could cause them when they read what you are writing.

I’m not encouraging it at all. But I’ve been dealing with this since I was 12 and ive been alone most of the time. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to come off like that. I do not support them. And i dong want anyone hurting themself. Im sorry.

I’ve been told my whole life I need to be sinner. And that I’m not pretty enough if I’m not skinny.

Ok, well your BMI is not underweight thankfully. Just remember that if you ARE underweight as a woman, you are in MORE danger than a man (But also, men out there like myself reading, it’s dangerous for you also). Your hair can fall out and you can miss periods. You should also know that women are supposed to store more “fat” in their bodies than men. ALSO, it is NOT just about calories. There is a “required nutritional intake” you need (look this up), and by starving yourself, you (continued)

(Continued) You aren’t able to get the nutritions and vitamins from food that your body needs if you starve yourself with disordered eating. In fact, someone can be “overweight” and be healthier (in that they are getting all of the required nutrients). So make sure that you talk to your doctor about that to check for any deficiencies. And please don’t tell yourself that men only like skinny women. Beauty standards are cruel. Try not preoccupy yourself with them so much.

The standards are what made me this way unfortunately. Thank you for seeing me and not immediately judging me. I really appreciate that. The world needs more people like you. I haven’t felt this seen and not judged in a while ngl.
