I think I have a BED but I’m not sure how to go about it or know if I really do. I have gained so much weight though and it’s just so hard

Take it one day at a time. I found that talking to my therapist and a nutritionist really helped. Focus on eating meals full of fiber and protein to help keep you somewhat satisfied till the next meal. If you’re like me I didn’t think that was possible but over time you body learns that you don’t need to eat more than that
