i cant stop checking the scales again. its been a couple years but its becoming obsessive scale checking. even if i dont change anything i just HAVE to know

Scales are banned in my house and I ask to not be weighed at the doctor for this very reason

You can have someone you trust hide it or take it for a while! Or put things on top of it so it’s more of an inconvenience to get to
