Recovery on Sidechat | has anyone here ever done IOP for an ed? I got referred to it but noticed the out of pocket cost (with insurance) is over $5.2k... and i absolutely cannot afford that and neither can my parents... i'm kind of at a loss here.

Lowkey I’ve done an IOP and for me it wasn’t much help, but I don’t know of any other alternatives that would hell
