
You can also trade out the snacks/ food. Healthier food options, if your brain is sending signals to eat, acknowledge the craving, go for something healthy. Gradually from that you can work on stop binge eating/ emotional eating. Frozen grapes/ frozen fruit has helped me the most in my personal journey. I wish you all the luck.
