
When I first started, I meal prepped. It helped when I wanted some level of control. I chewed a lot of gum, slept, or played video games when I got urges. I used a supplemental called glucomannan as it suppresses your appetite. I did want to slip up a few times, so I usually would try to fill up on high water amount foods. Kind of hard to binge on those ngl. Now that I’m closing in on a year, I don’t really have urges at all. I do overeat tho. I hope you find what clicks for you♥️♥️
