I can say that I’m doing good. 3 years finally im able to maintain eating. I’m now capable of joining a Pilates class believing in myself to follow my meals plans. Consistently eating, having a growth mindset, and correct any ed behavior when they happen

Years of therapy and hospital stays and correcting relapses. You can fight the ed thoughts one step at a time building the habit to push them to be quieter ❤️
