Does anyone have any good grocery list recommendations for someone who has a history with binge ED? I don’t want to restrict but I also need a little more structure. I’m a lazy cook, on a budget, and kind of picky. But tired of eating shitty 🤕

pasta paired with your fav veggie? I love broccoli on the side for example, or maybe even if you go for frozen foods maybe healthier options?

if I may ask what is it that you binge? my worst is chocolate and the guilt is insane, so now I limit to a single chocolate bar that should last me as long as possible!

I personally get a lot of very filling/high volume food (like pasta, rice, cabbage, lettuce, etc) that generally don’t require too much effort to make and try to meal prep as less as possible bc having ready to go meals at my disposal make me binge like crazy.

Chocolate is my worst one as well. I’ve tried doing minimal chocolate and then making it last a while but if I’m honest it never works, I always just eat it and then get pissed I didn’t buy more. Idk how to stop lol

Having a meal PLAN has helped me greatly, like planning out exactly what I’m eating and when I’m eating it has greatly reduced my urge to binge
