does anyone know if it’s possible to recover from binge eating disorder without slipping back into a restrictive eating disorder please confirm or deny???????? i feel like i’m playing pinball just constantly bouncing back and forth between two extremes

yes it is possible! i do still slip sometimes but advise i have is plate everything! and add healthy shit to the plate as well like if y want oreos okay put some on a plate but also hey dinner or hey greek yogurt or carrots or whatever u like! it is possible but don’t restrict yourself otherwise your brain will reject the idea of non binging idk the exact science but ur body hates being told it cant do shit ifg
