For those saying this is out of concern, no the hell it’s not lol. For those saying “why even post this? It’s not funny,” it’s an example of dark humor. That comes with a risk of people taking it in a negative light but at the end of the day, those who do think it’s funny aren’t crazy to think it is. It’s just a representation of real shit turned into a fake joke to bring light to the real situation we’re confronted with everyday with Ari and Cynthia being in the public eye
