When I’ve moved I just put them in a cardboard box with high sides, filled in any empty space around the pots so they weren’t wobbling or sliding too much, and made sure they ended up inside the cab of the truck we were using. This has been pretty successful so far, but if you’ve got big and/or extremely fragile plants this might not work as well

If you have any that are propagating in water, what I did with mine was I took a soaked paper towel and wrapped it around the roots then popped it back into its container and that worked perfectly for a 5 hour drive
