yay! though if that’s a maranta you shouldn’t feel bad if it ever randomly dies, they’re really finicky and I’m convinced they love to just randomly die to spite you and steal your happiness

I had to kick mine outside in exile for it to start growing again they need such high humidity

I genuinely think that yes being in the bathroom would do it wonders haha. I set up all my high humidity plants up in there and they are thriving at around 80% humidity from the with hot showers and a humidifier. You could also always just get a little humidity dome or corm cabinet and it would do great.

I’ve found with both maranta and calatheas it’s just very hard to meet their humidity needs in a normal setting. They are marketed as doing well between 50-60% humidity but in general that’s more the bare minimum for them, and they thrive best above 70%
