How wet is the soil, how often do they get watered The sunlight side of things is less important for succulents as ime they’re pretty resilient with that no matter what happens but it could help to know

Also you have an ogre jade, really cool!! I have a gollum jade and I love how funky both of their leaves are

Also also, can you send another picture of the one on the right? The leaves are a little wrinkled which makes me think maybe underwatered and it looks a bit leggy so it might be etiolated and in need of sunlight
