Apparently they do it when they reach maturity (after 4 or so years)! It may even make berries after (which are apparently not very good, described to taste like tart cucumbers)

Ah, you’re talking about bolting. I have seen plants bolt before and I don’t think this is it

Oh yeah no snake plants don’t produce death blooms (I thought that was what it was at first too)

Ohhh I didn’t know that. How can you tell the difference between bolting and regular flowers?

I guess only certain plants do it? When I looked it up it said snake plants don’t do it. Hopefully someone else on here has a better explanation (I’m not the most versed in plants, my mom and I accidentally “mastered our craft” with this one bc it really doesn’t need much water)
