Can anyone help identify if this a spider plant or something else? I just noticed it outside my school's student union

It’s not crazy to take a couple spiderettes. Spider plants grow like crazy they are like lowkey like giant weeds

Ty. Would it be crazy to ask if I could take a baby off of it? I was just looking at getting one but have only found really big ones for $30+

Imma be real I doubt they’d noticed if you just took it. But not crazy to ask

When I took a closer look I realized a lot of the plant seems like its dying? So dry they feel crunchy and its pretty cold here- but I took 2 that seemed good, hopefully they grow like crazy in my apartment :)

Oh thats unfortunate, its been mostly under 60 this week and probably going to snow next week. Makes me wonder why they don't put more plants on campus inside

They’re sturdy folks tho. We’ve had some in mine and my grandmas yard my whole life. They come back when it warms up
