I put my snake plant in succulent dirt. Now I’m unsure of how often u should water it. I used to water it whenever the soil was dry/dryish, but now I’m not sure.

I like to taco test my leaves. So basically I pinch them gently and see how easily they fold. Think of the leaves like water baloons. The less water the plant needs, the firmer the leaves. When the leaves are easy to bend or pinch, they need more water. This works for lots of plants. Just chexk the firmness of the leaves

letting it completely dry out is far better than overwatering
